Low Country Boil is a famous dish in South Carolina, and it’s for large groups. Low Country Boil is made up of shrimp, corn and sausage. Arthur Freed Arthur Freed was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He wrote a movie called “Singing In The Rain” and many more. He even produced “The Wizard of OZ” ,and 40 more movies. Government The government of South Carolina is pretty easy. The capital of South Carolina is Columbia. Governor Nikki Haley is a Republican.
